The BG Nexus Matt Black 2 Gang 2 Way Dimmer Switch provides convenient control over two lighting circuits, allowing you to adjust light levels to create different moods while also helping to reduce energy consumption. Its sleek, slim premium metal finish with softly rounded edges makes it a stylish addition to modern domestic and commercial interiors.
 
Rated at 200W for traditional lighting and up to 100W for LED lighting, the trailing-edge (lagging-edge) dimmer is suitable for dimmable LED lamps, dimmable CFLs and traditional lighting. The rotary dimmer controls provide smooth adjustment, while the push on/off function allows the lights to be switched on and off easily. Two-way switching also allows the lighting to be controlled from two locations.
 
The soft-start function brings the lights to the selected level in around one second and can help extend lamp life. Overload protection helps prevent failure if too many lights or transformers are connected, reducing the light output or switching the lights off until the load is corrected. Silent operation ensures no noise when dimming, while support for lower-wattage lamps helps eliminate flicker. The dimmer fits a 25mm back box and is supplied with fixing screws and installation instructions.
