The Ansell Edge Trimless Plaster-In IP65 GU10 Fire-Rated Downlight AEFRD/TRIM is a high-performance lighting solution designed for both residential and commercial settings. This dedicated trimless plaster-in downlight offers a sleek, architectural finish that blends seamlessly into ceilings for a modern, minimalist look.
 
Engineered with a steep baffle construction, the design recesses the downlight to deliver a deep cut-off angle, which maximises glare control and enhances visual comfort. The fitting is IP65 rated, making it suitable for use in moisture-prone areas such as bathrooms.
 
The downlight is compatible with standard GU10 halogen or LED lamps (lamp not included) and includes push-fit terminals for quick loop-in, loop-out wiring. A twist-lock lamp retaining ring allows for easy lamp replacement. For smart functionality, there is an option to add a Bluetooth and WiFi-enabled WiZ GU10 lamp.
 
With pre-drilled screw holes, installation is quick and straightforward. It requires a 76mm cut-out diameter and comes backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind.
