This innovative consumer unit allows for flexible configuration, permitting any combination of RCD protected ways and thanks to multiple extra-large knockouts installation and wiring is fast and simple. Additionally this MK consumer unit features continual earthing, only needing earthing via the base and the fixing screws are backed out and captive for fast, secure fitting.
 
Designed for flexibility, the RCD may be positioned throughout the consumer unit to suit the required configuration of RCD protected and non-protected circuits. RCD installation is fast and simple through the use of an easily removable Din rail, providing ample space for neat, simple wiring of the neutral and earth connections.
 
The sturdy steel exterior is packed with safety features to provide peace of mind. The exterior is corrosion resistant and finished in low smoke and fume paint alongside a top hinged door to prevent the unit from being left open after use, avoiding a potential fire risk.
