The Luceco FType MK2 Fire-Rated LED Downlight is a versatile, power-selectable recessed downlight designed for domestic and commercial installations. It offers selectable power settings of 4W or 6W and four selectable colour temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 4000K and 6000K, allowing the lighting to be tailored to suit different rooms and applications. Warmer colour temperatures create a more relaxed atmosphere, while cooler white settings are suitable for task-focused areas.
 
The downlight features a trade-rated, toolless SpeedFit connector with loop-in/loop-out piano key terminals, suitable for solid or stranded cable. A QuickView cable window allows connections to be inspected after the cables have been secured. It is supplied with a removable slim matt white bezel, making it easier to remove the trim when decorating or painting ceilings.
 
Fire tested for 30, 60 and 90-minute protection in solid timber joist ceilings and 30-minute protection in i-joist ceilings, the FType MK2 also meets Part L1/L2, Part C air leakage and Part E acoustic requirements. With an IP65 rating, dimmable operation and a 60-degree beam angle, it is suitable for a range of recessed lighting applications. The downlight requires a 76mm cut-out and is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
