The JCC ToughLED Pro CCT 4ft LED Non-Corrosive Batten JC180108 is a high-performance, durable lighting solution designed for demanding environments. With selectable wattage options of 19W, 25W, 31W, or 37W, and adjustable colour temperatures of 3000K, 4000K, or 5700K, it offers exceptional flexibility for a variety of settings.
 
Built for resilience, the ToughLED Pro boasts an IK10 impact rating and IP66 protection, ensuring it is dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure water jets. The fixture also supports microwave step dimmable, DALI, and 1–10V dimming options, making it adaptable to different lighting control systems.
 
Installation is straightforward thanks to its 90 degree lock-in-place side clip design, which keeps clips clear during setup, and a detachable 4-pin terminal block with multiple positions near all cable entry points. Inbuilt loop-in/loop-out cable restraints prevent cable clashes when the fitting is closed, and an ultra-wide surface mount bracket rail allows for flexible joist alignment.
 
Additional features include plug-and-play emergency and microwave sensor modules, with optional remote control, and a wide body designed for retrofitting onto BESA box mounts. The unit includes rear, side, and end conduit entry points, and a unique IP66 gasket that seals cable entries internally when surface mounting.
 
For added assurance, the ToughLED Pro comes with a 5-year extended manufacturer warranty on both the fixture and batteries (registration may be required).
