The Aurora Lighting Aurora EFD Pro Fixed LED Fire Rated Downlight & 3CCT 5W GU10 Kit AU-DLM981CS is a high-performance recessed lighting solution designed for residential and commercial installations requiring fire protection and flexibility. The fitting is supplied with a Aurora ClearVu GU10 Lamp AU-DGU555CS, offering 3CCT colour switching to select between different colour temperatures to suit the space.
 
Engineered for safety and compliance, the downlight has been tested in 30, 60 and 90-minute fire-rated ceilings, helping to maintain the fire integrity of the ceiling structure. It has also been fire tested with solid timber, I-joist and metal web joists, providing reassurance across a wide range of construction types. The fitting is fibre-based insulation coverable up to 300mm (LED only), supporting improved thermal performance where insulation is present.
 
The unit features LENNEL terminals for secure and efficient wiring. It is supplied without a bezel, allowing full flexibility through interchangeable twist-and-lock bezels, which are available separately to match different finishes and design preferences. The included GU10 lamp is dimmable, enabling adjustable light levels to suit the environment.
